Zinc (जस्ता) scrap is priced by how clean and pure it is. The cleaner the metal, the less a smelter has to refine it, and the closer your rate gets to the top of the range.

How we set today’s rate
Indian scrap rates have no official daily list. We start from the international refined zinc price, converted to rupees each day, and apply a scrap factor for grade and processing cost. That is why our rate moves with the market instead of staying fixed for weeks.
Getting the top of the range
- Remove steel springs, screws and plastic from handles and locks.
- Keep zinc away from aluminium. They look alike, but zinc is much heavier.
- Tell us your dross volume so we can price it on zinc content.
