Certified data destruction, one device at a time.
Deleting files or formatting a drive doesn’t remove your data. Anyone with free recovery software can bring it back. We destroy it properly, record it against each device’s serial number, and give you a certificate to prove it.
- Software wiping for drives that can be reused
- Physical destruction for drives that can’t
- Certificate recorded against every serial number

Two methods, matched to the drive
| Software wiping | Physical destruction | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Working laptops, desktops and servers that can be reused | Failed drives, very old drives, SSDs on request, highly sensitive data |
| How | Licensed data erasure software overwrites the whole drive, then verifies it | Drive removed and destroyed so it can never be read again |
| Device after | Can be resold, so you get buyback value | Drive is recycled; the rest of the device can still be resold |
| Proof | Erasure verification report per serial number | Destruction record per serial number |
If a drive fails software verification for any reason, it goes straight to physical destruction. It never gets resold.
What we destroy
Laptop and desktop hard drives (HDD) · Solid state drives (SSD, NVMe) · Server and storage drives · External drives and USB sticks · Phones and tablets
Your Certificate of Data Destruction
Every storage device gets its own line on the certificate:
- Device type, make, model and serial number
- Destruction method used (wiped or physically destroyed)
- Date and technician
- Processing facility
- Our registration details (PAN and Udyam)
You also receive the full asset register and chain-of-custody record, so an auditor can follow each device from your office to its final step.
Want to see it happen?
For sensitive data we offer witnessed destruction. A member of your team can watch the wiping or destruction and sign the record alongside our technician.
How data stays safe between your office and destruction
- Devices packed in sealed, numbered bags or locked crates at your site
- Handover sheet signed by your team with the exact device count
- Transported directly by our own team, not a third-party courier
- Stored in a locked, CCTV-covered area until processed
- Device count checked again at intake; any mismatch is reported to you the same day
Who needs this most
- Banks and NBFCs — customer KYC and account data on every branch PC
- Hospitals and labs — patient records on PCs, servers and diagnostic equipment
- IT companies and BPOs — client data that your contracts say must be destroyed
- CA and law firms — confidential client files on every partner’s laptop
Frequently asked questions
Isn’t formatting the drive enough?
No. Formatting removes the index to your files, not the files themselves. Recovery tools can usually rebuild them. Proper erasure overwrites every part of the drive and verifies it.
Are SSDs handled differently?
Yes. SSDs store data differently from hard drives, so we use erasure methods built for them, or physical destruction if you prefer.
Can we keep the laptops and only destroy the data?
Yes. We can wipe drives on devices you plan to reuse internally or donate, and certify each one.
What does it cost?
If the devices have resale value, wiping is included free as part of the buyback. For devices with no resale value, we charge a per-drive fee. Ask for a quote with your device count.
How quickly do we get the certificate?
Within 5 working days of pickup.
