What items do you pick up at Diwali?

Is the pickup really free?
Yes. Doorstep pickup is free across Mumbai and Thane. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm a slot.
Do you pay cash at the time of pickup?
Yes. Once your items are weighed, we pay cash on the spot, or UPI if you prefer. Office and business pickups are paid by UPI or bank transfer.
Are your rates better than the local kabadiwala?
We aim to pay better than local rates, and our metal prices are published every day on our live scrap rates page so you can check before you sell.
Do you buy old brass and copper utensils?
Yes. Brass, copper, steel and aluminium utensils are bought by weight at the day’s rate. See old utensils.
Will you take a broken TV, fridge or washing machine?
Yes, working or not. Our team carries large appliances down from any floor.
What happens to the data on my old phone or laptop?
Storage is wiped or physically destroyed, and this is recorded on the certificate we give you.

How late can I book before Diwali?
Book by 4 November for a pickup before Dhanteras (6 November). Slots fill up in the last week.
