How a society drive works
Book a date
WhatsApp us the society name, area and number of flats. We confirm a date, weekends included.
Share the notice
We send a poster and a WhatsApp message. Residents pre-register what they’re clearing.
Drive day
We set up in the compound, weigh, pay each flat and load the truck. Usually done in a morning.
Separate kabadiwalas vs one society drive
Society Drive: your questions
Is there a charge for the society?
No. The drive is free for the society, and each family is paid for what they give.
How many flats do you need for a drive?
Tell us your society size and we’ll plan around it. Smaller buildings can join with a neighbouring society.
What items can residents bring?
Raddi, utensils, appliances, phones and laptops, batteries, wires and metal items. See the full list on our Diwali page.
Do you take e-waste in a society drive?
Yes. Devices with storage are wiped or destroyed and recorded on each family’s certificate.
How long does a drive take?
Usually a morning for a mid-sized society. Larger societies can be split over two days.
Which areas do you cover?
Housing societies across Mumbai and Thane, from our locations in Dahisar West, Kandivali West, Bhandup West and Thane.
One drive. Every flat cleared before Diwali.
Pickup across Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Andheri, Bhandup, Mulund, Ghatkopar, Powai, Thane and the rest of Mumbai.
