Back up what you need
Photos, WhatsApp chats and contacts. Once storage is wiped, it can’t come back.
Sign out of accounts
Google, Apple ID, UPI apps and banking. This removes device locks too.
Take out SIM and memory card
Keep the SIM. We can destroy the memory card for you if you want.

What happens to the data on my old phone or laptop?
Storage is wiped or physically destroyed, and this is recorded on the certificate we give you.
Do you buy a phone that doesn’t switch on?
Yes. Dead, cracked or locked phones are taken and paid for.
Should I factory reset before giving my phone?
Yes, after backing up. Also sign out of Google or Apple ID and remove your SIM. We still handle the storage after that.
Can I watch the hard disk being destroyed?
Tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it, or send you a photo of the destroyed drive.
Do you pay for old laptops?
Yes. Laptops are priced by age, condition and whether they work. Send a photo of the model sticker for an estimate.
