Can I donate a broken mobile phone?
Yes. Broken, water damaged and non-working phones are collected free and recycled through a licensed recycling partner.
Will I get paid for my old phone?
If it works, we quote a price before pickup based on the model and condition. You can take the money or donate it.
How do I remove my data before donating a phone?
Back up your data, sign out of your Google account or turn off Find My iPhone, remove the SIM and memory card, then factory reset. We wipe the phone again before reuse.
Do you pick up one old phone?
Free pickup starts from 5 items. Phones, tablets, chargers and power banks all count, so most homes reach 5 easily. Otherwise, drop off free at our Dahisar West office.
Do you accept old keypad phones and chargers?
Yes. Feature phones, chargers, cables, earphones and power banks are all accepted.
