How we price your devices
Every device is graded after pickup, and the final value is confirmed in writing before payment.

What moves the price most: processor generation and age, RAM and storage, brand and model line, screen and body condition, and whether chargers are included. Bulk lots of the same model usually get better rates.

Frequently asked questions
How old is too old?
Laptops older than about 6–7 years usually have little resale value. We still collect them, destroy the data and certify them.
Do you buy small quantities?
Our corporate buyback starts at 10 devices. For fewer, see our laptop donation option.
Do we need to remove the hard drives first?
No. Leave them in. Removing drives lowers resale value, and we destroy the data with a certificate anyway. If your policy requires keeping drives, tell us and we’ll quote for the devices without them.
How and when do we get paid?
By bank transfer to the company account within 5 working days of pickup, against the settlement statement.
What if the final value is different from the quote?
The quote is indicative until devices are graded. If grading changes the value, we share the device-by-device reason before you accept.
