How it works

2. Get a quote within 24 hours — buyback value for working devices, and any service fee for destruction.
3. Secure pickup — our own team collects in sealed, numbered bags or locked crates. You sign a handover sheet with the device count.
4. Logged and graded — every device is tagged by serial number in a locked, CCTV-covered area.
5. Data destroyed — licensed erasure software for reusable drives; physical destruction for failed drives and on request.
6. Reused or recycled — erased devices go back into use; everything else goes to government-authorised recyclers.

National Recycling Co. is a registered firm (PAN ABAFN7043B, Udyam UDYAM-MH-18-0588797). Material we can’t reuse is processed through government-authorised recyclers. We don’t hold ISO, NAID or R2 certification, and we don’t pretend to. What we do give you is a paper trail you can check, device by device.

What is ITAD?

IT asset disposition is the secure, documented process of retiring IT equipment: collecting it, destroying the data on it, and then reselling or recycling it responsibly.

Is there a minimum quantity?

Do you pay for old laptops?

Yes, if they still work or can be repaired. Value depends on age, model and condition. Very old or dead devices usually have little resale value, but we still destroy the data and certify them.

How do I know my data is really gone?

Each drive gets a verification report from licensed erasure software, linked to its serial number. Any drive that fails verification is physically destroyed. You can also ask for witnessed destruction.

Which cities do you cover?

Our own team covers Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai (see IT asset disposal in Mumbai). For Pune and other cities, share your location and quantity and we’ll confirm.

How long does it take?
