What happens to the hard drives?
Every drive is wiped or physically destroyed and listed on a data destruction certificate.
Will we be paid for old servers?
Recent servers and networking gear have resale value and are quoted for buy-back. Older kit may be worth its scrap value.
Do you take UPS batteries from the server room?
Yes. UPS systems and battery strings are collected with the rest of the kit.
Can you work to our change window?
Tell us the window when you enquire and we confirm whether we can collect within it.
